At The Primrose on Tannery we aim to create the best hairdressing experience possible, with world-class services, leading edge techniques, the best hair-care and styling products.
In line with this, and out of courtesy for each of our guests and all of our staff, we have a strict cancellation policy.
To secure your appointment online, click ‘BOOK NOW’, select any of the services or consultations and submit your preferred time.
A $50 deposit (or 50% for services below $50) is required for all ONLINE bookings. This will be deducted from the cost of the services on the day.
Our salon will confirm your booking 4 days before your appointment by automated text message. Do not reply to this message.
You may cancel your appointment online up to 48 hours prior to the day OR up to 24 hours by contacting the salon. The cancellation fee for less than 24 hours notice is $50. This is not refundable.
A late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or a “no-show” will incur a fee of $150 or 50% of the cost of the scheduled service, whichever is the lessor, so please do let us know as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience.
If you are unable to make it or need to reschedule, you will need to phone the salon as we cannot respond to text messages.
